WZA Series Multi-functioinal Alcohol Recycling Concentrator
This equipment is suitable for concentration of liquid material and recycling alcohol and other organic solvent in pharmaceutical, food stuff and chemical industry etc.
1. This equipment is consist of heater, evaporator, condenser, cooler, etc. In view of recycling alcohol and other organic solvents, the evaporation area and the condensate area are extended and the top of evaporator chamber is equipped with foam killer to make organic solvent consumption below 3% (WZA series).
2. The whole process is in a vacuum condition in order to avoid polluting. It is with fast evaporation speed and the concentration proportion can get above to 1.2.
3. The top cover of heater is with fast-open form device so that is easy to clean. This equipment can equip with automatic drainage system in order to lighten the labor intensity.
